We visited Mercer WI over memorial day weekend and stopped by the B&B shop. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. We were originally going to rent an ATV but ended up changing our minds and got a Pontoon boat instead. The manager offered to personally drop it off for us, making it very convenient and hastle free. To our big surprise the equipment we got was a brand new boat, super clean and with a full gas tank. We had it for the day and went cruising on the lake, had an absolutely fantastic time and would definitely come back again.We will also recommend them to friends and family Thank you everyone at B&B Adventures and good luck with the upcoming Winter Season. 🏂❄️☃️

While vacationing in Mercer, we rented a 2 place UTV for 4 hours and the rental process was very quick and easy. Natalie was extremely gracious and helpful. The 4 hour time went by very fast. The equipment was in excellent condition and gave us a remarkable experience. I would highly recommend Natalie and team for any rentals and or sales. Very nice and clean store with a top notch service team!

Easy to work with. Good and fast communication. Helpful with any questions. Enjoyed the Expedition UTV for our girls weekend. The pick up and drop off were smooth. Technician brought a hat we left in the machine to the car before we left the parking lot.

We had a half day rental with the Xpedition XP5 vehicle. This thing was a beast, there was no stopping it. We felt very safe at all times. B&B was amazing to work with. Everything was as advertised, they set us up with maps and orientation on the vehicle. The trails were well maintained, most smooth running. We did find some trails rocky and more challenging but manageable even having little to no experience. We will be doing this again.

We rented a side by side for the weekend. It was a great experience. Pick-up and drop off was smooth. No issues with the machine. Location is very close to the Cranberry Inn with easy access to the trails which made it very convenient. Would definitely rent from B & B again.
